Crankys believes in honoring YOU by keeping our prices competitive and fair! What can you expect when you bring in your equipment for repair at Crankys? Honest and reliable work - we will take the time to diagnose your equipment and give you a realistic estimate. There arent any hidden costs or surprise charges on your bill when you come to Crankys! What do we charge? We charge a $30 diagnostic fee to inspect your equipment and research any replacement parts needed along with their cost. Once the diagnosis is complete we contact you to let you know what work is needed and the approximate cost. If you choose to have your equipment repaired the diagnostic fee is then included with the first hour of labor. We charge $60 per hour for labor (1 hour minimum - after the first hour billed in 15 minute increments). Parts additional. We are open Monday through Friday from 4:00-7:00 p.m. or by appointment.
