Craving pizza but dont want to ruin your diet? Easy solution: All you need is a piece of meat, some tomato puree and some cheese! (Other toppings if you want, of course) -Get a large piece of steak (or chicken. I just love steak) -Trim all the fat off. -Beat that mofo until its nice and flat. (I believe the correct term is to tenderize the meat) -Spread the tomato puree over the meat so it covers it completely. -Cut/grate some cheese onto it. -Place on some tin foil on a tray -Leave it to cook in the oven for 20 minutes at gas mark 6 (or 200 degrees) -Place on a plate when its cooked (Dont forget to turn the oven off) -Enjoy the crap out of it. If you feel this isnt enough, I like to make it into a meal by cutting up some salad and maybe adding in a full (or a half) avocado. Simply scrumptious!!
