Im not agreeing on the shadow people factor because most cases are related to extraterrestrial masking techniques but this one may indeed be a spirit related apparition and not alien. Yes, I know all about shadow people cases. I wont put cases up like that because its more personal than a worldwide phenomenon so it has to be individually investigated for cause and determination. It depends on the encounter but most point to alien visitors in peoples rooms.
