Crazy to think that a couple of months ago I was living in secrecy and keeping all of my emotions bottled up from the world. Though I still struggle immensely I am relieved to be able to express myself cathartically via my blog while I document my recovery. Recently I have partnered with Wordpress and Youtube and started vlogging; while I have been hesitant to publicize any of those posts on Facebook because theyre pretty personal, I decided...why not? I desire to help educate people and help those that are struggling or know of someone that struggles with an eating disorder. I no longer am concerned with negative opinions of others because the positivity & support I have received is far beyond any ignorant or hateful comment. That said, here is my most recent vlog.
