Create a positive emotion any time! 3 step process... All 3 steps are really 1 step broken down into smaller steps for you to understand... 1.Physiology: what you do with your body shoulders back strong stance, 2.What you focus on : which is determined by your beliefs about any situation so you take a deep breath,exhale slowly (this mimicks parasympathetic nervous system)so you automatically relax and feed more oxygen to brain to help you think clearly.. 3.Self talk: what you actually say to yourself so I am feeling calm,very confident now and in total control.. Try it just before a situation happens and train yourself to repeat the process which will after time become automatic..
