Credible bear sighting in Pullman A bear was apparently wandering around Pullman’s Pioneer Hill Sunday afternoon. Pullman Police received a credible report of a small black bear running through the trailer court on Professional Mall Boulevard around four o’clock. Officers responded and found bear scat in the area. It appears as though the bear was feeding on some berries nearby. Pullman Police want to remind residents to call in any bear sighting and specifically encouraging Pioneer Hill residents to secure their garbage and don’t leave pet food out at night.
