And they say may I speak to your name and you say this is insert your name they have just verified your account and will put it right back on your credit report..so never say your name... Also if your name is on your voicemail... They count that as a contact as well.. Because they have verified thy have contact information and put the bad debt back on your report... So if you just take your name off and just say your number or use a generic greeting without your Name your good
