Creepy fact for Halloween: Our house is built on what we think was the site of the guard house of the Confederate Prison around 1864. At one point it was also used as a dead house where they put the Union soldiers after they died. Apparently, the folks who owned the house before us had it exorcized by a Catholic and Episcopalian priest (just to cover their theological bases). The only ghosts weve come in contact with has been the result of electrical wiring issues. If youre curious, we are now offering ghost tours of our house for a small donation to the Danny and Lindsey Gibson fund. :)
