Crispy Baby Corn Finger Ingredients: Maida / All purpose Flour - 1/2 Cup Corn Flour - 1/2 Cup Rawa / Suji / Semolina - 1/2 Cup Salt To Taste - Red Chilly Powder - 1 Tbsp Soda Bi Carb - 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper - 1/ 2 tsp Oil for Frying - Baby corn cut in slit - 5 to 6 Instructions: Cut the baby corn horizontally. Boil baby corn for 3 to 5 minutes. Now mix Maida,corn flour and 2 Tbsp Rawa. Add salt,Red chilly Powder, black Pepper and soda bi carb. Make Thick batter with the help of water. Now Dip each Baby corn in batter and keep aside for 2 minutes so extra batter will go away. Sprinkle Rava / semolina on Each Baby corn so while frying it taste crispy. Heat the oil on a medium flame. Now fry this baby corn on medium flame. Serve hot. Garnish with Green Chutney and Sauce. Easiest and Quickest starter.
