Responsibilities: • Assist Supply Chain’s Analyst/Executive Administrative Support on daily tasks. • Manage administrative tasks for Supply Chain Directors and team. • Create Excel charts, graphs, pivot tables for inventory and sales reports. • Prepare letters, mailings, presentations, spread sheets. Ability to work on multiple activities and flex priorities. • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars in Outlook, and organize events/catering. • Desktop publishing for team communications and organizational announcements. • Manage and order office supplies for Supply Chain. • Schedule travel, book lodging, and administer expense reports. • Participate in team projects.
