Critical Weather Alert: Environment Canada Weather Warnings: At the time of this report’s release there are rainfall warnings in effect for Airdrie – Cochrane – Olds – Sundre, Banff National Park, Rocky Mountain House – Caroline; Okotoks - High River – Claresholm; Nordegg – Forestry Trunk Road Highway 734; Kananaskis – Canmore and the City of Calgary. A High Streamflow Advisory remains in effect for the Red Deer River upstream of Dickson Dam and Little Red Deer River. A High Streamflow Advisory remains in effect for the North Saskatchewan River and its tributaries upstream of and including the City of Edmonton. River levels of rivers streams in the Upper Oldman, Bow River, Red Deer River, North Saskatchewan River basins are rising. River levels of the Hangingstone River, Clearwater and tributaries of the Athabasca River downstream of Athabasca are generally steady or falling slowly, but still remain high.
