Critical thinking assignment: GMOs are a hot topic amongst many of my liberal friends. In this case the FDA has let them down, government/regulation solutions have not been successful due to corporate lobbying (a problem directly connected to the lefts Keynesian economic ideologies that strengthen government/corporate ties). On the contrary, the non-GMO Project has been incredibly successful at educating consumers on products that contain GMOs (free market/consumer driven solution tied to the rights classical economic ideologies). I ask, is it so crazy to be an environmental/health nut Republican? Or are green types so brainwashed by the lefts rhetoric that they believe only Dems care about these issues and therefore possess the only solutions to them? I mean no disrespect to any left leaning friends, but rather challenge an open discussion.
