Crocodile tears Paa nie!!! I think sir john should be at his humorous best at the supreme court and tell the judges especially Atugibah JSC who also has a good sense of humor that he spoke those words, which he admits, to soak the tension that was mounting within his supporters and that was in support of the court forasmuch as he also knows he is professionally an officer of the same court. Sometimes you have no choice than to please the crowd with statements that resonate with their sentiments especially when the crowd has mobbed you in demand for something you cannot do anything about anyway. Then he should apologise and clarify any statement that the mischievous newspaper reported that might have been a misrepresentation of him if any. He should remind the judges that he is the chief executive of the political party that is so aggrieved and members of it have petitioned the court to look into the declared results. Therefore, in the wake of the tension which were all expressed to by members everywhere, he thought by talking that way he succeeded in soaking the tension in the membership. Smartly, he should let the court know that when the court took notice of the newspaper report he sir john took that opportunity to go around the country to educate the membership on the need to accept what the court is doing and to trust that the court knows what they are about and they will do the right thing. Therefore all this thing has come about as a result his own method to psychologically manage the tension in his supporters and never to destroy the work of the court. Though he could be wrong, yet sometimes fire is used to cure the damage that fire might cause that is why he took that course. Therefore since he was doing all this in good faith but was misunderstood by the newspaper, he is happy to explain that to the people of Ghana and request that the court would not see him punishable.
