Crop Charity Kent About Crop. Citizen`s Rights for Older People (CROP) is a charity providing a domiciliary advocacy service to support older people 50 plus to have control of their own choices and decisions and remain independent. CROP, trains and supports a team of volunteer advocates who work, on a one-to-one basis, short term to support older people. Clients are supported in resolving specific problems, which for a variety of reasons; they are unable to sort out on their own. Issues cover every area of peoples` lives including benefits, financial problems, consumer issues, making a complaint, dealing with family conflict, care home/residential care matters etc.
