Cross posting here in Velostar for maximum expoure. Im wondering how many riders might be interested in re-starting regular midweek bunch rides in The Pearl either before or after work? Format Im thinking of involves a combination of easy pace warm-up for a full 20km loop then followed by intervals, echelon practice or sprints down the far end where there is less traffic. Finish up with a warm-down of variable length depending on work/family committments. This format works well for both stronger and weaker riders, because you simply go at your own pace during the intervals and re-group in the recovery. Stronger riders can set the pace while weaker riders work on holding onto a wheel.
