Crossfit as my warm up. Battle ropes, wide grip pull ups, kettlebell swings and burpees with 10kg dbs then press ups at the end (video cut short) all performed for a minute this is after 20 minutes on the treadmill at 8.5mph up to the highest of 12mph. After this is focus on abs then back. As you can see i dont do the crossfit form you see, because i believe it to be ridiculous. I do the correct form in the crossfit method of blending weights and fitness together.
