Crouching push-up Great workout for your upper body! Begin in crouching position (on balls of feet and tucked in like a ball). Walk hands out two steps each side. Turn hands in so elbows face out. Lift up one leg and put over other ankle. Go down with elbows bent and out. Push up until elbows are almost straight. Repeat 5 times then walk hands back to tuck position. Repeat on other side.
