Crush member Miranda wants to encourage all young dancers to come out to auditions this year. Find out why below: 2014 was quite the year to be an Edmontons Crush Dance Team rookie. The season was chock full of inspiring community involvement, exciting celebrity guests, & building fond memories with my talented teammates. The Edmonton Rush beat multiple NLL records, & our amazing fans were immensely loyal & supportive. From waving huge signs & dawning full body paint, to our fantastic season ticket holders & Lex bringing key-chains back from Paris for each of the dancers, the fans’ enthusiasm was heartwarming & contagious. There are a ton of highlights, but @go_auto 16th Annual Bowl for Children in support of the Children’s Ability Fund stands out for me. The event raised a record $42,000 toward purchasing specialized equipment for people with disabilities, & I lucked out with the most vibrant & fun bowling team! We spent the night laughing & dancing, & I was reminded why I pursued dance & not professional bowling. Yikes… Come out to Crush auditions this August. You won’t regret it!
