Crystal Falls Summer Fest This Weekend! 14th annual Crystal Falls Summer Fest that takes place in downtown Crystal Falls. The festivities begin at 8 a.m. on Saturday with the antique and crafters flea market. The flea market will last until 3 p.m. The day continues with several fun events taking place, including a chili and pie social, which starts at 10 a.m., at the Harbour House. Guided tours of the Crystal Theatre will be given from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Face painting, sponsored by Jobs Daughters, will begin at 11 a.m. Smokin on the Hill, a grilling cook off, will also take place on Saturday during the Summer Fest. Judging will take place at 3 p.m. Continuing on Sunday with live Celtic music from Swallowtrail featuring John Sundquist (Irish whistle and accordion), Pat Oakes (piano) and Collette Szabo (fiddle, guitar and vocals), from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be buckboard games, food, music and more all day. Including a Rosemary Clooney Tribute at the Crystal Theatre at 3 p.m. Sunday.
