Cub Scout Shooting Sports (BB Guns, Archery, Slingshot, etc) can only be offered at Council or District events. In order to offer these events for our Cub Scouts, trained Cub Scout Range Officers are required. Range officers must attend a three-hour training program . Please consider attending one of three scheduled Cub Scout Shooting Sports Training opportunities, then volunteer time at District or Council events. We need volunteers to take the training then volunteer at these events to ensure our Cub Scouts can enjoy all that Scouting has to offer. Three training opportunities: Saturday, August 31 9:00AM to 12:00PM Thursday, September 12 6:00PM to 9:00PM Thursday, September 14 9:00AM to 12:00PM The training for all three dates will be at: First United Methodist Church 1280 Lexington Road Georgetown, KY We will meet in the barn behind the church.
