Cuban naan with an American twist, southwest style! Fire grilled chicken seasoned with a base taco rub( cayenne, cumin, paprika, chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper) the naan has a honey smoked bbq sauce slathered on..once the chicken is right there I add my banana peppers, roasted reds...whatever your choice and then proceed to murder it with sharp cheddar and bake for 5 min at 450°...pull that bad boy out and top with fine chopped romaine, sliced black olives along with some diced roma or in this case grape tomatoes (order came in way late due to weather) and served with ranch, salsa or anything else ppl can dream up.
