Cucumbers With Mint Vinaigrette SHARE on your timeline your friends may want or need this too Friend or follow me at~~> facebook/fredadax Order Skinny Fiber here --->fsfthin.sbc90/ Take a free tour here~~> fsfthin.sbcfreetour Ingredients: Servings: 4-6 2 -3 cucumbers 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 teaspoons champagne vinegar or 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar salt & freshly ground black pepper 3 tablespoons finely shredded fresh mint Directions: 1 Peel the cucumbers and slice them in half lengthwise. 2 Scoop out the seeds with a spoon and discard. 3 Cut the cucumbers into thin slices and combine in a bowl with the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. 4 Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator or at room temperature. 5 Add the mint immediately before serving.
