Cultured Foods Workshops in Dubbo on the 22nd November and Mudgee on the 23rd November both run from 10-1pm. Come and learn the ancient tradition of fermenting foods. 3 hours of hands on learning for $150 including detailed take home notes, all ingredients, and your own hand made jar of Sauerkraut. Tastings are provided of many ferments Christine has prepared for the class. Topics covered include Sauerkraut, fermented vegetables/salsas/sauces, starters, Labneh, milk and water Kefir, Kombucha and double fermentation. You will leave confident with skills you and your body will cherish for life. Mother cultures (SCOBY), fermentation equipment and ceramic fermentation pots are demonstrated and available for purchase on the day! Ask about our gift certificates, just in time for Christmas!
