Cumbria Action for Sustainability’s ‘Cold to Cosy Homes’ - TopicsExpress

Cumbria Action for Sustainability’s ‘Cold to Cosy Homes’ project, part of the Big Lottery funded Sustain Eden programme, kicks off this winter with four Fuel Bill Clinics across the Eden area. The clinics are free, and aim to offer advice o...n ways to save energy and get a warmer home, with an energy tariff check to see if you could save on your fuel bills – switching from your current supplier could save you up to £300 a year! These are drop-in sessions, so no appointment is needed. Just remember to bring along a recent fuel bill or two. CAfS are an independent charity and are not promoting any particular energy company, and you are under no obligation at all to switch tariff or energy company but come along and see if they can help. Penrith Library, Wed 4 Dec 10am – 1pm. Kirkby Stephen Community Office, Fri 6 Dec 10am – 12.30pm. Penrith Library, Tues 10 Dec 10am – 1pm. Appleby Library, Fri 13 Dec 10am – 12pm.
