***Customer Care Executive**** ****Bicester***** *****£16.5 - £18k***** Our international and highly successful client based on the outskirts of Bicester are currently seeking a Customer Care Executive to join their small team. This role is ideal for an organised and confident candidate with good administrative and communication skills. Candidates will have a good phone manner and be very happy to converse with people at all levels. Responsibilities to include: • Opening & batching all incoming orders & returns to meet department SLA’s • Opening & distributing all incoming mail and posting outgoing mail • Liaising with Royal Mail and other couriers as when require • Ensure orders are delivered to meet order timelines • Ensure all paperwork is scanned within department SLA’s • Processing customer orders • Any other tasks as and when required Skills and Experience: • Able to meet demanding deadlines and deal with pressure • Able to work with minimal supervision • Flexible, able to deal with variable priorities • Full driving license – company car provided for delivering orders • High attention to detail required • Fast, accurate data entry skills • Good telephone manner
