~Customer Feedback~ We receive a lot of feedback from customers and we listen carefully to each one because they help guide the companys future direction. On occasion, we do receive a customer review thats more targeted to other potential customers than to KT directly. Although this customer review is not 100% positive, we acknowledge every word of it and as always, we hope to do a better job in the future. I cannot find an area on your companys website to submit a review or comments, so please accept the text below and use it whenever or however your company would like. I just wanted to say a little something concerning my experience with KT Mech. I have ordered three holsters from the company, and with each item I am truly shocked at the results. The quality of the defender holsters is simply unbeatable for the price offered, and as I have ordered all three holsters to be pistol mounted light compatible, they are a true bargain with two of them being the defender model being priced at $60.00 for a solid black color with the .80 thickness for duty use. The disclaimer the company gives about causing some markings on your weapon is very true, so if a customer is looking for a holster that will not mark or show signs of actual use, these are not the holsters for you. This being said, though leaving some wear marks of the pistol, every holster I have received is extremely sturdy, secure, and never had a doubt that my weapon would be able to be retrieved and available for use if the situation called for it. This means everything in my world as a Law Enforcement Officer. Whether I am carrying for regular everyday use or extreme conditions, if there is any question at all in my mind about the ability to access or security of my weapon, whether concealed or openly carrying on duty (the third holster I have ordered from KT Mech was their new Duty KT Akela with a TLR-1 weapon light), the holster will not be used outside of a shooting range or plinking. The customer service of KT Mech is outstanding, easy to speak with, knowledgeable, and the utmost professional. With two of the holsters ordered, I requested that one have the universal screw holes with additional holes for compatibility with a Blackhawk Quick detach adapter and the other with the hole configuration for a safariland quick detach connector. KT Mech completed these requests not only at no additional charge, but also included with the Safariland compatible holster the male connector and custom modification for a particular pistol model! I am very pleased with this company, and have recommended it to all of my friends and fellow Law Enforcement Officers, and would recommend their products to absolutely anyone that wants a high quality, high functioning holster that is durable, and appropriate for what a weapon carry license individual would use, active Law Enforcement Officers/SWAT operators, deployed military in any extreme environment, and anyone in between.
