Customer Sales Representative GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for handling the first contact with potential customers (mostly Inbound calls) identifying customer needs and computer status and matching a proper solution or service that will help the customer enjoy better PC performance, in a profitable way for the company, while guaranteeing customer satisfaction and minimum potential complaints. SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills. 2. Provide continuous live presence and availability to potential customers all throughout the work shift. 3. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable PC support business and sustainable customer relationships. 4. Maintain proper greeting, etiquette and politeness when talking to customers. 5. Identify customer needs and propose adequate solutions in terms of pricing and services. 6. Optimize quality of service, and customer satisfaction. 7. Respond to and follow up on customer and prospect-customer inquiries using appropriate methods. 8. Achieve required sales and availability KPIs. ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY (Reporting relationship, interaction with immediate customers) Reports directly to the shift manager/team leader/department manager and interacts with employees across the organization including other sales agents and tech support agents. Subject to periodic QA and ongoing training sessions. QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES: Must have experience in Sales, preferably online sales. M/F, at least 18 years old. Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule. Good moral character (reliable & trustworthy). Analytical and meticulous to details. Computer literate. Experience in a call center industry is an advantage. Fluent in oral and written English – Must have proper English accent – preferably American. Should be creative and think outside of the box. Polite. Can handle stress and outperform in stressful situations.
