Customer Service / Customer Experience Specialist (Evening shift) Selangor - Petaling Jaya Responsibilities: We are looking for enthusiastic and charismatic individuals to be the voice of Groupon to our subscribers from Monday to Friday, 3pm - 12am. As the first point of contact, we are sending out a call to patient, resourceful, charming, and efficient problem-solvers who strive to provide the only the best customer experience. The position entails phone and email communication with our current and future subscribers, thus playing a vital role in affecting the reputation of Groupon. 1.Taking customer queries via telephone, email, chat & all social media platforms and providing an appropriate response 2.Responding to customer queries and complaints using an appropriate communication method 3.Taking ownership for queries and complaints from first contact to resolution 4.Completing relevant administration to document customer enquiries and complaints 5.Treating our subscribers and future subscribers like royalty 6.Provide top notch customer support that leaves the consumer happy and satisfied 7.Taking ownership of queries and complaints from first contact to resolution 8.Able to work on Day and/or Evening shifts both on weekends and/or weekdays Requirements: We are looking for candidates who would like to undertake a permanent role after successful completion within our Customer Support Team and want to progress within the company.
