Customer Service Officer - Freight Forwarder Location:Ubi Working hour: 830am - 530pm(Monday to Friday) Responsibility: -Preparation of Delivery Order, and Tax Invoice. -Identify customers needs and requirements on shipment coordination. -Follow up on customer requirements, coordinate consignments via air & sea transportation. -Prepare import and export shipping documentations and process. -Sending sailing schedules and follow up on the shipment. -Perform general administrative duties. -Any Ad-hoc duties assigned.
