Customer Service Rep./Dispatcher (Newberg) compensation: Depending on experience We are a full service plumbing company that is looking to add to our team. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher. The hours for this position at this time are Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am-5:00pm. Previous customer service experience is a must. Previous dispatching experience is a huge plus. In this position you will be required to think quickly and handle fast paced situations as well as be productive and find things to do during slow times. You must be able to multi-task while completing the tasks at hand efficiently and correctly. Attention to detail is important. You will be required to answer a multi-line phone system with a smile in your voice, schedule appointments in our dispatching software, dispatch jobs to several technicians, keep track of technicians at all times, record data in various spreadsheets in the computer, assure customer satisfaction, express outstanding customer service, assist other staff in various tasks and keep an open line of communication with all staff.
