Customer Service Representative-Binary Options We are a young and vibrant Binary Options company currently seeking ambitious, talented English speakers for a Customer Service role. Our company is located in the heart of bustling Ramat Gan, a great working environment that is easily accessible by all public transportation. The position is full time. Shifts are: Evening: 15:00 - 23:00, and Night: 23:00-7:00. Main responsibilities: Provide high quality customer support; communicate with new and existing clients via e-mail, incoming calls and live chat. Requirements: - English mother tongue (additional languages a plus!) - Proactive, responsible, trustworthy, self-confident - Customer service orientated - High level of communication skills, written and spoken - Able to work in dynamic and stressful situations - Be a team player, excellent interpersonal skills - Accomplish goals; adhere to work processes and procedures - Forex or Binary experience a plus!
