Customer Service Survey for CVS Specialty Pharmacy: 1) Could you hear our customer service rep smiling over the phone? Did they exude squealy happy cuddly emo type joy? 2) Were you excited when they told you the prescription youve been waiting on for 11 months had been approved? 3) When you returned our call--the next day--- at the number we gave you and we told you we had no idea of who you were or any record of your prescription, how did that make you feel? 4) When you called your local CVS drug store, where the script originated ---you know, the one that also called you first---and they also had zero record of your script---could you hear the customer service rep smiling over the phone as they delivered a squealy valley girl type Ohh.... Im so sorry, would you like for me to check on this???????? apology. 5) Did their squealy, ignorant, yet upbeat positive attitude empty apology make up for the lack of service, diligence and intellect? 6) Wouldnt you agree Mr. Young, that attitude is so much more important than reality? 7) Mr. Young, wouldnt you agree that the entire concept of professional has lost any semblance of meaning in todays America? 8) When you step into our store on Kaliste Saloom at River Ranch, wouldnt you agree that its bright and colorful and shiny and pretty? #cvs
