Customer: So Im having problems with these shoes... he opens them and theyve been clearly worn... ME: OK, whats going on with them? CUSTOMER: Well, the laces keep coming untied. This happened last time too when i got this style. ME: OK, so the laces keep coming untied...is there anything else wrong with the shoes? CUSTOMER: No, but they come untied two or three times a day and I have to keep retying them... ME: Ok...well...unfortunately that doesnt fall under what we would call as a defect and I dont see any other problem with them... So we wouldnt be able to take them back or exchange them... CUSTOMER: Well what do you suggest I do? ME: Have you tried double knotting them? CUSTOMER: I prefer single knot. But I guess you could show me what you mean... I then showed him how to double knot...he still wasnt happy because of what it took to untie them... Lets just say this guy was an office worker at a big company... REALLY!? Where do they get these guys...
