Customer surprise of the week: A lady experiencing alternator failure had to have her car jump-started yesterday. Since both delivery vehicles were out, I used the Outstanding Oldsmobile to help her. As she took one end of the cables, she assured me that she was quite familiar with the procedure, then she saw MY hookups: to a small + post terminal mounted on the fender, and to a body brace.
