So the question arises how it can be possible to send mail to anyone with others official email addresses. That is you can easily trace out if you are under an F.I.R so do not try to fraud some on. Just for education purpose only. IT act 2000, IT Act 2008: The person who sends fake email and victim get any type of harassment , or any type of loss in the form of money or in any logical form, He/She will be liable to 3 years of custody or penalty upto 1,00,000 or both.
