Cyclothon , where Cycling combines with Cleaning Cyclothon 2014 was held on 20th December,2014 from 7:00 a.m. onwards, the first event held in collaboration with Hindustan Times and Bandra Cycling Club. Over 100 participants which included people from different age groups i.e. 18-60 years, had marched on their cycles from Bandra to Juhu to promote a pollution free mode of transport. As said, “Cleanliness is next to Godliness”; A clean-up drive was successfully held at Juhu beach to encourage Swachh Bharat. Beautiful view of Bandstand, Mannat, Carter’s Road in the dawn mesmerised the hearts of all the people who had participated. The media coverage and the support of the people added to the glory of the event.
