Cygnus the Swan from Carl Schurz Park, NYC. I have been reading and watching videos about a photographic technique called Expose to the Right (ETTR). It involves really over-saturating the image to get as much signal as possible and then processing out the noise (in this case, light pollution). The histogram should be over the right (hence the name ETTR) but with minimal clipping or youve gone too far.
