D.C.C.L. TO ASK TYNWALD FOR £400,000 FOR BUS TICKET SYSTEM The Department of Community, Culture & Leisure are asking Tynwald Court on the 9th July 2013 for £400,000 for a new bus ticket system. 8. Replacement Bus Ticketing System The Minister for Community, Culture and Leisure to move – That Tynwald approves the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure incurring expenditure not exceeding the sum of £400,000, in respect of the replacement of the existing bus ticketing system, enabling utilisation of smartcard technology and expansion of use to encompass railway ticketing subject to the Department completing the remaining stages of the procurement process in accordance with Financial Regulations and to Treasury’s satisfaction.
