:D Good Morning Facebook! :D My middle aged old ass just gone done working out. -------------------------- [Super Sets! Only 30sec. Rest Between Each Set] Squats w/ Should Press = 3 sets X 15 Reps Dead-lifts w/ Biceps Curls & Triceps Press = 3 sets X 15 Reps Chest Press w/ Bent Over Rows= 3 sets X 15 Reps Walking Lunges w/ Weighted Situps = 3 sets X 15 Reps Weighted Kettle-ball Twist w/ Oblique Crunches = 3 sets X 15 Reps I finished with 30min of Cardio! :D -------------------------- ☯ I usually dont work on Sunday, but with as many things as I have to get done, I need to get caught up so that I am not drowning on Monday! :O I wish for all yall to have an excellent Sunday, now that my workout is done, I am going to do my daily devotion (Wicca), then shower & get ready to tackle the day! :D XXOO - Stay Thirsty My Friends!
