This is not true and was made by just a few individual who have interest in selling in Philippines. Philippines is an important country for us even if it is only about 3% of our customers. We highly value our passionate Filipino clients. We are selling Tokyo Love Soaps since 2011 long before any Filipinos resell them. We are the First online reseller of Tokyo Love Soaps and the fake issues was only brought up a few days ago when these resellers noticed a difference in the soap packaging between what they are selling and what we are selling. The soap box in the Philippines with a face logo on upper right corner is 100% genuine but this is not the same packaging in Japan. This is exclusive ONLY TO THE PHILIPPINES and other non Japanese importers. Japanese importers like us still receives the Japanese box without the face logo. Individuals spreading news that original soaps should have a face on upper right is completely wrong. This is inaccurate, not true, libelous and will be dealt with seriously under the full extend of the law of Japan and Philippines as ALL JAPANESE TOKYO LOVE SOAPS do not have this overseas markers. The Ultimate issue on the other hand is quite unique. These same individuals claims Ultimate is fake. They do not realize that the maker of Tokyo Love Soap offers OEM and one Korean company requested an OEM of Tokyo Love Soap under the name Ultimate a few years ago to be sold as a promotional soap in Korea only. These are the same company that requested Tokyo Love Soap Platinum Soap and Tokyo Love Soap Secret Day Essence which are all legitimate Tokyo Love Soap products but is made in Korea. The Girls issue on the other hand where a specific reseller claims all girls are fake since they are discontinued does not realize that Tokyo Love Soap Girls is still in production in Korea and has recently showcased a commercial just 2 months ago. They do not understand that Happy Price does OEMs to Korean companies as well. Not to mention company like us bought 30,000 pieces of girls soap because we know it will be discontinued and some customers might still want to buy it hence, we have to stock a lot before the production ceases. As a proof, we will immediately import and sell Korean Tokyo Love Soap products within this week. As we gather evidences of proof, we will ensure that these specifics individual will receive the full reprimand of the law and of the specific networking entity such as Facebook and Instagram where they spread these malicious rumors. We do not usually answer these accusations because it paradoxically increases our sales and ranking whenever we are being talked about in facebook, instagram and other forums.
