DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS Tuesday, May 20, 2014 Sophomores should report to the cafeteria today during homebase to receive your WKCE coupons. There will be a SADD meeting during homebase today in the LMC to talk about parent’s who host and the application for the training conference in Florida this summer! Next years Advanced Placement English Students will have a brief, mandatory meeting in Ms. Whites room during Make-up Period tomorrow to receive the summer homework information. Seniors: Please return LMC materials to the library by Thursday, May 22. Your textbooks will be returned with your classroom teachers. Seniors interested in ordering a Class Trip video should stop by the LMC for an order form. Deadline to order is Thursday, May 22. Yearbooks will be distributed Thursday, May 22nd starting at 2:05. If you have purchased a yearbook you will be released by your teacher to come to the cafeteria to pick-up your yearbook, enjoy ice cream and listen to Colorless Sunrise. There are still yearbooks available for purchase. If you would like to pick up your yearbook on the 22nd - you need to purchase it by the end of the day Weds. the 21st. No yearbooks will be sold on the 22nd. Please check the list posted outside the office to see if you have purchased a yearbook yet. SENIORS: All seniors were mailed information regarding the graduation ceremony details. If you did not get this information, please stop in the Counseling Office to pick up a copy. Also, if you need to borrow a cap/gown or buy a tassel, please see Mrs. Springstead. All seniors who are getting some sort of award or scholarship at Senior Awards Night were mailed an invitation. Any senior who plans to attend Senior Awards Night IS REQUIRED to be at practice during Make-up Period Wednesday, May 21st. FFA Members: Fair Entries are due to Mr. Reese by May 29 or the the Fair Office by June 2nd. Student Council is hosting their annual Blood Drive on Friday, May 30th in the varsity gym for staff and all eligible students. You must be 16 years old and weigh 110 pounds in order to donate blood. 16 year olds must have a special form signed by their parents. All students need to have a permission slips on file with Mrs Paulson before you donate blood. Please sign up for a time to donate blood in the commons during lunches this week starting tomorrow.
