DANS GREAT INSOMNIA ADVENTURE: Awoke at 2am with absolutely no chance of going back to sleep (probably something to do with pain meds taking a dive). Turned on the tube and discovered a rerun of what people apparently refer to as Kathy Lee and Hoda? Holy crap! I was enthralled by these two, their plastic surgery and the strange faces they made. I was also convinced both of them were on LSD as they chattered into the screen about what to keep and what to throw out of your refrigerator. Hit up the Netflix and scrolled to Less Than Zero as I remembered thinking it was a decent flick back in the 80s. Its not. Its horrible and I was just as enthralled as I was with Kathy Lee and Hoda in the same car wreck like fashion. Decided to hit up the hot tub in what was most likely the best decision of the pre-dawn. Saw three falling stars including one that I swore was gonna make a noise. Now its coffee and grant work.....might as well do something productive....I think that is what Kathy Lee and Hoda would want me to do.
