*DARKNESS AND LIGHT* BY-Abheet Srivastav Its like sometimes the world goes blank and each teardrop falling makes you believe that you have done yet another mistake and you sit down with a mute companion who wont retaliate, who wont differ on what you say, who will sit and listen to you, who will forgive you for your mistakes, who will understand you. But then you realize that its just a piece of paper destined to be lost forever in the depths of oblivion :) You are selfish. You are dead. You are cruel. My soul says this to me :) A soul entrapped in a body taken over by frustration. A soul who once used to live, now entrapped in a coffin :) A soul waiting to push the lid of the coffin everyday. A soul waiting to break free that the only time it comes to life is when the coffin takes yet another body in its web and the soul can do nothing but lament. The soul sometimes finds an escape;a light ray coming through a small hole made.He knows he can escape,he knows he is a soul and he can break free but the darkness of the coffin yet again diminishes the small light. The small light is the way to escape,he knows that for sure an he is trying.Believe me he is trying but the dead bodies happy in their graves wont understand. The small light he knows will take him away, the small light he knows is his escape but he feels the night approaching. The fear of the dark sometimes kills the light. He fears the dark for he is a resident of the dark.He fears the light leading to yet another dark coffin.Yet he has the light. He is moving towards the light. He knows the light will set him free.He knows the light will make the coffin alive once again. He just fears the setting sun.He has failed but he will try again only for the light :) And thus we see how beautiful a love story it is of Darkness and Light where the Dark fear and the illuminating Hope decide to make love in the coffin of the Body :)
