DAVID PREPARES TO BUILD THE HOUSE OF THE LORD! I Chronicles 22:1 - 2 NKJV 1 Then David said, “This is the House of The Lord God, and this is the Altar of burnt offering for Israel.” 2 So David commanded to gather the aliens who were in the land of Israel; and he appointed masons to cut Hewn Stones to Build the House of God. At the Temple of Solomon, when it was being built, it was built with Stone Finished at the Quarry, so that no hammer or chisel or any iron tool was heard in the Temple while it was being built, ( 1 Kings 6:7 NKJV). We are trying to Fashion and Shape people to Fit into our Ministries, when they have not been properly Finished at the (ROCK) Quarry of Life! Too many Ministries are Building from a Tower of Babel Concept, than a Temple of Solomon Paridiam! Many Churches today are in the NEED OF A PARIDIAM SHIFT in there Building Concepts! Their Concepts and PERCEPTS of Building are more Babylonian, than Kingdom of Heaven related! No Hammer or Chisel or any Iron Tool was Heard in the Temple while it was Being Built. Unlike the Builders of The Tower of Babel who used Brick instead of Stone! They said to each other, “Come, let’s make bricks and bake them thoroughly.” They used brick instead of stone, and tar for mortar. Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens, so that we may make a name for ourselves; otherwise we will be scattered over the face of the whole earth,” (Genesis 11:3 - 4 NIV). Their whole Program was in Direct Rebelion against God Planned Purposes for Planet Earth! They wanted to Build a City with a TOWER! They use Bricks instead of Stones. In order for this to work EVERY BRICK had to be the same as the OTHER Brick it was JOINED to. Because of this, they had to have an substance to join them TOGETHER! Their RELATIONSHIPS were Manufactured. Their was no Individual Natures that Join them TOGETHER! They were joined by Brick and Mortar! We cant Build our Houses with Bricks and Mortar, our House must be Build with HEWN STONES! In other words, the Individual Background of each of our Lives Formed and Shaped at the ROCK QUARRY of Live, NOW BORN AGAIN IN JESUS CHRIST, must be the Defining TRUTH that brings us together! Our lives are hammered out at the Rock Quarry, we dont live manufactured lives, fashioned at brick factories. As WE come to JESUS, the Living Stone—rejected by humans but chosen by God and precious to Him— WE also, like Living Stones, are Being Built into a Spiritual House to be a Holy Priesthood, offering Spiritual Sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. For in Scripture it says: “See, I lay a Stone in Zion, a Chosen and Precious CornerStone, and the one who trusts in Him will never be put to shame.” Now to WE who Believe, this Stone is Precious. But to those who do not believe, “The Stone the Builders rejected has become the CornerStone,” and, “A stone that causes people to stumble and a Rock that makes them fall.” They stumble because they disobey the message—which is also what they were destined for. But you are a Chosen People, a Royal Priesthood, a Holy Nation, God’s Special Possession, that you may Declare the Praises of Him who Called you out of Darkness into His Wonderful Light. Once WE were not a people, but now WE are the People of God; once WE had not received Mercy, but now WE have received Mercy. (1 Peter 2:4-10 NIV) In 1 Kings 5:17-18 NKJV, we read where king Solomon commanded them to Quarry large stones, costly stones, and hewn stones, to lay the foundation of the temple. So Solomons builders, Hirams builders, and the Gebalites quarried them; and they prepared timber and stones to build the temple. Many Different Builders, but only ONE Pattern! Solomons Builders, Hirams Builders, and the Gebalites Quarried the Large Stones, the Costly Stones, and the Hewn Stones, to Lay the Foundation of the Temple! Listen to the Apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 3:5 - 11NIV, speak along these same Lines, from a New Testement Point of Veiw! He says, What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through whom you came to believe—as the Lord has assigned to each his task. I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow. So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor. For we are co- workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s Building. By the Grace God has given me, I laid a Foundation as a Wise Builder, and someone else is building on it. But each one should build with care. For no one can lay any Foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. We are not in the Earth to MAKE a NAME for OURSLVES! The Builders of The Tower of Babel who used Brick instead of Stone, said to each other, ... So that we may make a name for ourselves...” God Wants to GIVE US a NAME AMONG the RENOWN!
