DAY 11 of the GREAT KAISER FIASCO. I still have yet to connect to anyone who can actually help me book an outpatient surgery appointment.. Ive logged a complaint online. Ive gotten a generic email about my unhappiness that states that they are sorry and someone will get back to me within 30 days. Yesterday I was on hold for over a half an hour, and then it just hung up. Today I was connected to a supervisor, and left another message on their voice mail. It isnt known if this is a supervisor to the woman who does not return calls, but well see. YAY KAISER! I wonder if I can find one of those stickers that says that? You know, the YAY stickers that say things like YAY COFFEE! But I want mine to have a big red circle and red line over it. #bastards #yayhealthcare
