DAY 2: PORTION CONTROL Despite previous efforts of healthy eating, many of us just didnt see results? Why? Chances are we ate TOO much food - despite it being healthy or not. Overeating ANY type of food will cause our bodies to start storing those excess calories as fat. Even some foods that we THINK are a healthy alternative, can turn out to be problematic. For example I am a huge fan of peanut and almond butter which are great sources of good fats however eating more than a few tablespoons really can add up! Later I will share a great snack recipe with peanut butter! Do you know how many calories you should be consuming each day? This formula is a good guideline for calculating your caloric intake.
