DAY 8 - The Sunset Waterfront Park is still HELD HOSTAGE! And still no public statement from City Councilmember Menchaca, Congresswoman Nydia Velazquez. UPROSE and the Community Board. I told each of them that the City has NOT even filed the papers with the State and no response (well, Nydia I couldnt contact, she has NO office in our neighborhood - she has abandoned us years ago - she has 3 offices in other neighborhoods. Oh and Carlos, I was watching the City Council meeting that he was supposed to be at. I didnt hear him speak and then at the end when the camera swung around I saw his seat was empty. Did he show up at all? Does he get a full check even when he leaves early? Im watching you Carlos.
