DAYUM!! Court is DONE!! Was there near 2hrs, Public Defender talked me, and told me what Could happen Probation, Jail Time, Probation Fee and what Not, Finally was Called in Front of the Judge, with my PD beside me and he ask Questions such as Me Pleading Guilty to Probabtion Violation, I pleaded Guilty, my PD told him of the Rehab, I had been at and the Judge looked at my Paperwork and then looked at How much I Owe $4500, he asked how much I could pay today and how much I could pay per month, told him may between $100 to $200, but cost of living in SF is high and told him I could pay $400 today, Sooo he wrote out my paperwork that I pay the $400 and pay $75 per Month AND my CASE is Done With, NO Jail Time, NO Probation, NO back Probation Fee, NO NOTHING, Just PAY my FINE!! YAY!! Looked at my PD in Disbelief, Thats IT!! She Nodded her head and said YES!! I couldnt believe it and I was Shaky and Dumbfounded, shook my PD hand, she told to go take care of Business at 104, DAYUM!! RECOVERY IS GREAT!! :)
