Although the research is located in a government hospital, this position is not federal. -Paid Health insurance. *Responsibilities* § Identify and screen potential study participants to verify participant eligibility according to protocol specific criteria. § Distribute recruitment materials to patients & providers in Clinic. § Coordinate scheduling of patient visits (according to clinician availability) & report any missed appointments. § Confirm patient appointments § Conduct subject follow up visits and surveys. § Provide clinicians with all necessary documentation prior to scheduled appointment. § Assess medical history and health status prior to patient visits. § Complete and maintain required records of study activity including, but not limited to: patient report forms, research files, adverse event reporting, database records, and thorough source documentation substantiating all reported data. § Process, store, track and ship research samples. § Complete forms for patient payment reimbursement. § Coordinate monthly meetings with research team. § Participate on national calls. *Contact* Please Email your CV and Cover Letter in one document to Dr. Cynthia L.
