DDC inspects dev works in Gandoh, Bhalessa DODA, SEPTEMBER 04:To take on spot assessment of development activities in far flung and remote areas of the region, District Development Commissioner, Doda, Mubarak Singh visited Bhalessa and Gandoh and inspected various ongoing developmental works. Additional District Development Commissioner, Doda, G.N Balwan, Sub Divisional Magistrate, P. Ramaswamy, Tehsildar besides other senior officers of district administration and Gandoh Sub Division accompanied the DDC. While inspecting development works in Bhalessa, the DDC directed the concerned executing agencies to speed up the pace of work so that the works get completed before the onset of winter. He also inspected earthquake damages to various Government Schools in the region which included Govt. High School Kahra, Govt. Hr. Sec. School Gandoh and interacted with the students and teachers. Singh also inspected PHC Gandoh and enquired about the services being extended to the ailing p in the region and directed BMO Bhalessa to ensure that medicines available in the PHC must be provided to the patients free of cost. DDC also inspected under construction Government Degree College Kilhotran. Later, he convened a meeting of officers at SDM Office Gandoh and reviewed achievements made by the departments in the Bhalessa Block. DDC also met various deputations at Gandoh, Gowari, Bathri, Donadi and Kahra and listened to their grievances.
